I meant to send you this message sooner...but it took a while for things to finally calm down a bit after the wedding. Our wedding last week was truly a dream come true! Everything went smoothly, the weather was beautiful, and we got to spend the day with the people we know and love the most! The cupcakes were WONDERFUL! The display was gorgeous and perfect and of course they were delicious! I just wanted to thank you again for everything. You were so great to work with and do such a phenomenal job! I won't hesitate to recommend you to others whenever I have a chance! : )

We had Maribel create our beautiful wedding cake. She is so amazing at what she does - her buttercream frosting looks like fondant which is spectacular in itself. Plus, it tastes way better. Alyssa's dolphin birthday cake was very beautiful and so tasty. Believe me NOTHING went to waste....every last crumb was eaten. She managed to save the edible dolphin for a keepsake.

Maribel has made cakes for our family for the past 2 years, from our wedding to our children's birthday cakes, anniversary's, extended family's birthdays, she has impressed is everytime. Maribel is such a pleasure to work with. We contacted her less than a month before our wedding as our original baker fell through, and Maribel was very accmodating to our timeline.
The cake tasting was such a treat and we had the opportunity to see her decorating abilities in the sample cake.

My son Stefen loved his Toy Story themed cake... Maribel's prices were more than reasonable... the cake was deliciously moist.. and her marshmallow fondant was worth the little bit extra per slice.. This cake was truly a crowd jaw dropper.. Not only did Maribel capture exactly what I had imagined my son's 1st birthday cake to look like but she exceeded it... just look at the details on the cake even the wood base is edible.
